Graduation
To graduate, students are required to take nine courses in addition to the immersion courses. Students should take at least one course in each of the following five areas of computer science:
- Foundations of CS (Theory)
- Databases
- Networking
- Programming
- Systems
At the beginning of each academic year (and repeatedly at the beginning of each quarter) the department publishes details about the requirements that each course satisfies. A grade of C+ or better is required for the course to count toward the nine required courses.
If you have completed these requirements and would like to apply for graduation please send an email to the Program Director. You must email your request to graduate by the third day of the quarter you plan to graduate.
