The Masters Program in Computer Science at the University of Chicago understands how critical the right employees are to an organization. Our goal is to build long-term partnerships with companies to understand their technology, work environment and recruiting needs in order to provide candidates ideally suited to open positions. With a focus on computer science fundamentals and the needs of businesses today, students are equipped with a strong foundation and the necessary tools to use new technologies and prepare them for key technology decision- making.
More than 50% of our students have 1 to 5 years of work experience, while another 38% have 5 to 15 years of experience and approximately 30% have graduate degrees. Our graduates have the ability to step into an organization and promptly take on challenges and contribute to a company's growth.
Because students interface and learn from executive - level, seasoned computer scientists from around the country with real world experience, our graduates become skilled technology decision makers, ultimately supporting the ever-changing business environment.

Job Posting
If you are interested in reaching out to our qualified Masters students and/or alumni, please contact us. We maintain a Job Opportunities mail list that goes directly to our students, recent graduates and alumni. Your posting can be customized to alumni, current students or both. Resumes collected can be sent directly to you or pre-screened by Career Placement. Interviews can take place either at your office or on campus.
Employer Presentation
Employer presentations are a great way to provide information to a targeted audience about your organization, industry and culture. Promote your company to our students through one on one or group presentations on campus. We host a series of presentations throughout the academic year and work along with the University's CAPS office to reach all interested students.
On-Campus Recruiting
On-campus interviews provide you with an opportunity to meet selected students on the University of Chicago campus. The main benefit of on-campus interviews is the opportunity to meet with a large number of students in a short period of time. For additional information, please contact us.
