CAREER ASPIRATIONS"
Upon graduating from Yale, Heather taught for two years in Teach for America.  Then, she enrolled in the Masters Program in Computer Science.

DECIDING ON A MASTERS DEGREE
Heather’s goal was to work as a software engineer. She believed getting her Masters Degree in Computer Science was the best way to achieve her goals.

DECIDING ON THE UNIVERSITY OF CHICAGO
The applied and focused curriculum drove Heather to the University of Chicago Masters Program.  She believed it the degree would be a great tool for achieving her business and career objectives. She believed she’d learn everything she needed to know to be successful on the job.

She also chose the program for its solid reputation, believing the name would to help get her in the door at first-rate companies.

LIFE AFTER THE MASTERS PROGRAM 
After Heather finishes her masters degree (she graduates in 2012), she will be taking a job at Amazon.
